The Single User LicenseThe Single User License is licensed to one individual named user. The named user may install, activate and access the application on any computer he/she own (at work, at home office, in a laptop). There is no need for a separate license purchase for each computer of the named user, or when the user changes an old computer with a new one.
The Single User License is perpetual, it does not expire and there are no annual renewal or contract fees. The update, maintenance and support of the program are free. The registered user can download, install and use every new version of the program without any additional cost.
The Site LicenseThe Site License is intended for hospitals, organizations, companies, corporations and educational institutions that wish to install unlimited number of copies of our software at their office or campus. The hospital, organization, company, corporation or educational institution may install the software for use from any number of users, on any number of PCs, providing that the PCs are permanently located at one site (e.g., a single hospital, an office building or a complex of buildings in the same location, a university campus etc.).

Registration CodeWhen the user purchase a license for one of our programs, he/she will receive a registration code. This code will unlock the program, and the images will be presented without the demo banner.

InvoicesInvoices for orders will be created only after payment has been received. If you pay by credit card or have the amount charged to your account (electronic debit or online bank transfer), MyCommerce will immediately issue an invoice for your order. For orders paid for by bank transfer, check or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, and your invoice will be sent to you after payment has been received. In any case, MyCommerce will automatically e-mail your invoice or order confirmation to your billing address. The order documents will be included as a PDF attachment to the e-mail. You can also view and print your order documents any time after completing your order. To do so, simply log in to the secure "My Account" area, in MyCommerce web site. There, you will find your order overview and any related documents.
Return policyWe offer a fully functional time unlimited trial for you to carry out a complete evaluation of our software prior to purchase. Software that has been purchased, downloaded and activated from our website cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in line with International Copy Protection and Electronic Software Download generally accepted practices and does not affect your statutory rights. This return policy is accepted and followed worldwide by most software vendors and producers.
