The Single User License

The Single User License is licensed to one named user. The named user may install, activate, and use the application on any computer they own or use, including computers at work, at home, and laptops. There is no need to purchase a separate license for each computer used by the named user, or when replacing an old computer with a new one.
The Single User License is perpetual. It never expires, and there are no annual, renewal, maintenance, or contract fees. Updates and technical support are provided free of charge. The registered user may download, install, and use every new version of the program at no additional cost.

The Site License

The Site License is intended for hospitals, organizations, companies, corporations, and educational institutions that wish to install an unlimited number of copies of the software at a single site. The software may be used by an unlimited number of users on an unlimited number of PCs, provided that all PCs are permanently located at the same site (e.g., a hospital, an office building or group of buildings at the same location, or a university campus).

Registration Code

When you purchase a license for one of our programs, you will receive a registration code. Entering this code activates the program and removes the demo banner from displayed images.
If you have not received your registration code, please check your email spam or junk folder.

Invoices

Invoices are issued after payment has been received. For payments processed immediately by FastSpring, such as credit card payments, an invoice is issued as soon as the payment is completed. For payment methods that require additional processing, you may first receive an order confirmation, followed by the invoice once payment has been received. FastSpring will automatically send the relevant order documents to your billing email address, usually as PDF attachments. You can also view and print your order documents after completing your purchase through the secure FastSpring account area.

Return Policy

We provide a fully functional demo version so that you can thoroughly evaluate the software before purchasing a license. Once the software has been purchased, downloaded, and activated, it cannot be returned and the license fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
